It’s a nice watch , but to make it short accurate to my arm it was a task, spend 15€ to get it fix from a watchmaker.
Some scratches on the side but if u look verycarefully.
Packing was good.
If there is some details how this can be fixed, like a QR code where we can watch a video about the product will be better.

I was excited to receive my watch, but unfortunately the delivery experience has been frustrating. My package had an issue during shipping and the tracking stopped updating, leaving me unsure whether I would actually receive my order. I contacted both the delivery company and Pagani Design for help. Pagani did respond, which I appreciate, but I wish there had been clearer communication and faster assistance with the shipping problem. I’m still hoping everything gets resolved and that I receive my watch.

I'm giving the watch 5 stars, because I am very pleased with the look and build quality and it definitely looks more expensive than the price I paid. I do however have an issue with the length of delivery and more so the absolute lack of progress regarding tracking. It was always up to me to email Pagani and inspite of apologise and promised to escalate the delay, I never did receive any updates. Unlike Temu who are spot on with regular progress updates up to delivery.

Returns & Holiday Policy
Shop early, worry-free. We have activated our Extended Holiday Returns. Any order placed from November 15th can be returned until January 31st, 2026, or 14 days after delivery (whichever is later). As long as the watch is unworn with tags intact, you can return it for a full refund.
